Weeks of Wellbeing

Lots of grownups around the world have researched ways that we can all keep our mental wellbeing really positive. They have come up with '5 Ways to Wellbeing' and we're going to start learning more about these ways in school this year!

 

The 5 Ways to Wellbeing are...

 

 

Each half-term, we are going to have a whole week that will focus on one of the ways to wellbeing and try lots of different activities and learn strategies to keep our mental wellbeing positive! Your teachers will be taking lots of photographs of you and the activities you do and we will be uploading them to this page so you can look back on them if you need some ideas to help your wellbeing at home too.
