Useful websites for parents

Useful links and websites

Please find below a range of websites that staff have come across that may be helpful in supporting the mental wellbeing of both your child and your whole family.

We also know that sometimes, talking to someone who is ready to listen can be the best kind of support so please do contact school with any concerns about a child's, or your own, mental wellbeing. Birkdale Primary is part of one big school community and we will always ensure that we are here to help anyone in need.

If you are part of any organisation, or you have any experience that you feel may help school to support the wellbeing of the children and staff at Birkdale, please do call or email the office to speak to Mr Sheeran or Mrs Sinnott.
