FREE SCHOOL MEALS
From week beginning Monday 30 March the school kitchen are able to provide weekly food boxes to parents of children who are entitled to free school meals. Please note this is not the same as Infant children who are provided with a school meal free of charge. The free school meal scheme is benefit related and you will have had to apply for this with Sefton Council.
If you received a text today about the food boxes then you are eligible for a free school meal in this instance.
The food boxes consist of:
5 various tinned items
1 loaf of bread
5 biscuits
5 yoghurts or pieces of fruit
These boxes need to be ordered in advance before the start of the following week.
They must be collected from school. We are not able to deliver them to you as we have minimal numbers of staff in school.
If you would like a box for your child please contact school before 11am on Friday 27 March.
