Dear Parent / Carer

Could all Key Worker parents please consider alternatives for the use of Breakfast and After School Club. We are keeping it going for now for Key Worker parents who have currently no other option – this may change to NHS Staff only – please be prepared for this as a possibility. Please ensure Mrs Selby is up to date with your work arrangements.

Yesterday went quite smoothly with 55 children in three groups. We are attempting to keep the three groups apart along with three designated staff groups and school areas.

This number seems much higher than other schools and so we would remind you that using school is for when there are no alternative childcare options.  

Following last night’s announcement from the Prime Minister – this number should become smaller. If there is another parent who is NOT a Key Worker – we respectfully ask for you to do all you can to help us manage the obvious risks. Again, please inform us of your work arrangements (see contact details below) – please only use us on days when you have no alternative.

Purple Mash – please do not contact school regarding this service. They are obviously receiving a high volume of internet traffic. This will pass.

Free School Meals – available from tomorrow from the main office area but only if you are eligible and only if they are ordered by 3pm today.

Please pass on our best thoughts and wishes to all the children at home. Again, this will pass. The staff miss you all and look forward to seeing you all in the future.
