Key Information

Please read the full Return to School Plan and updates posted on the main page by Mr Sheeran for general information

Due to staggered timings, Year Two children should now come in through the Bury Road gate and onto the Junior Playground between 8.45am and 9am. Collection is from the Junior Playground at 3.10pm. Only one parent should be present at drop off and collection to eliminate crowding. Face coverings are advised at drop off and pick up and social distancing guidance must be adhered to.

Our PE days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Children should come to school on these days dressed in their PE kit- white t-shirt, black or navy jogging bottoms and either school jumper or black or navy hoodie. They may wear pumps or trainers as appropriate for the weather.

Children who have packed lunches may bring lunch boxes as normal. Book bags are fine but please ensure children don't bring any other personal items from home into school.

We aim to promote a love of reading in Year Two and have lots of exciting books we plan to share with the children. To support this at home, please ensure your child reads regularly at home.

We will not be sending home reading books for the first couple of weeks of term, but children will be given lots of opportunities to read in school!

Homework will be set each half term. Children will receive an activity grid and homework book in which to complete this. Please feel free to add any additional home learning to this book!
