Autumn Term

What a fabulous start to our week in Year Two!! We have been getting to know one another and hearing lots of exciting news from the summer holidays!

Already the children are showing what amazing role models they're going to be as Year Two pupils! We have a new system in school to recognise and celebrate wonderful examples of good behaviour, kindness and manners so you may hear the children talking about 'being spotted'. Two children from our class were the first in the school to be spotted today so we're extremely proud! Keep posted to hear more about it!

This term we will be learning about the Great Fire of London. We will be looking at how the fire started and why it spread so easily. Look out for pictures on Twitter of our own models of the houses and our own fire! Don't'll all be in the safe hands of the fire brigade and you'll be invited in to watch on the day!

Keep posted for more information throughout the year

but don't forget to catch me at the start or end

of the day if you need to.
